Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  Been a little busy around here.  I finally downloaded the pictures from our camera.

This is his new “trick” – he loves sticking his tongue out, which is entertaining.  He is really following faces now, and he smiles to the voices he recognizes.  He has definitely gained quite a bit of weight now, which will hopefully get him to sleep through the night soon.  He did sleep one night for almost 6 hours, which was fantastic!!

We had some fun with hats the other day.  This one was still a little too big, which made for some fun pictures!

No doubt, this is OUR kiddo! I just need to train him, like Tigger,
to sleep late!! 5:30am came early this morning. Now, he gets to
nap, and Dad has to go put out fires at work. I got the bum end of
this deal… Luckily, Amanda is finished with school today and
hopefully will be home before lunch.

(By the way, PhotoShop for iPhone is awesome. Now, if I just had a
higher quality phone camera – but, I guess the best camera is the one
you have with you at the moment, right?)

Well, I am home babysitting today, and he's found a new favorite place
to nap. He fits right on the Boppy in my lap. He is so sweet when he's
asleep (and when he's awake, too). Makes typing a little more
difficult, but oh well.

How we got here: Holly & Ryan, we cannot thank you enough for the
yoga ball. That thing is amazing, for putting him to sleep! 🙂

Life as a child must be magical — to just talk and smile and sing and enjoy yourself.  When he’s good, he’s so very, very good.

In the past few days, Noah has been smiling when we talk to him.  He reacts to the people around him — and, it’s really fun!  He has such a joyful smile; it just lights up his entire face and makes us laugh.  🙂

Well, apparently he's growing fast. He's about to outgrow his Moses
basket!

Long night last night. Up at 2 am, until 4:30am. Then, back up at 6am.
Sleep, we miss you already… 🙁

We are zombies — sleep-deprived shells of what we once were.  That is why there are no new posts.

Tonight we feast sleep.

At least he's sleeping now…. He was up often last night. Mom and
Dad are tired. But, Noah, he's totally at peace.

Hopefully, we'll all be back in our own beds tonight and back to a
more normal schedule. That is, if the well gets fixed today….

You know, Mom and Dad, if you could just see things from my
perspective…

He was a little crabby for Aunt Lisa today, but not too bad. We think
he must be going through a growth spurt, as he seems to be feeding
every 2 hours at times. And, that's enough to make anyone crabby…
