I’ve had this saffron for 8 years and have never been able to make myself open it. I bought on a trip that Neil and I took to Spain at a little Farmers Market. We weren’t sure if spices counted as food brought back into the US but I wasn’t going to risk it. Tonight, we eat Shrimp Paella with my most coveted and maybe slightly illegal saffron. #justapinch #sweetmemories #illegalspices
