The Beast. That’s what we are going to have to start calling this kid! He had his well-check visit today and he has grown 3 inches and gained 16 lbs this year. He’s now 4’10” and weighs 77 lbs. This will probably be the last year that he is shorter than me!!! He’s wearing size 10 clothes now and a size 6 shoe. His favorite subject is history and his favorite food is “lots of it”! #eightisgreat #eightishuge #superbig #supercool

Happy 8th birthday to my first born. You are independent, strong, kind, thoughtful, and caring. You are my favorite workout buddy and favorite business partner. I love how you are constantly thinking of things to make and sell. We wear the same shoe size but you still fit under my chin. You are HUGE for your age but you aren’t too big to still climb in my lap when you’ve had a hard day. You love Jesus and others well and care for those that are hurting or struggling. We had so much fun celebrating Noah turning 8 this weekend. Noah decided he wanted Camp Gladiator “Eight Is Great!” party so we ran with that idea! ;). We had tire pushing, balance boards, hula hoop tic tac toe and tug of war. I don’t know who had more fun…me or the kids!
