CG Games 2019 is in the books. I made it to the finish line dry heaving…but I didn’t die!!!! I have never been so surprised to see my team come out at 7:00 in the morning to cheer me on. I started the race and heard my name and sweet encouraging friends cheering me on! It made all the difference knowing they were there encouraging and cheering me the entire time. Another friend finished her race and stayed to see me through. I have some of the best friends that help me celebrate a big accomplishment!!! 250 of hard work in less than 2 years!!! I have gained muscle and I am faster but one of the best takeaways from joining CG are the amazing friendships that have formed over the last 2 years. We took our sunglasses home and got them straighter and fix and cleaned. I love Maui Jim-they take great care of us and all their customers. I asked if they could maybe fix my glasses…they might have been sat on, and they said “no problem! And while we have them, let’s replace your nose pieces too.
