I have some of the best friends that help me celebrate a big accomplishment!!! 250 of hard work in less than 2 years!!! I have gained muscle and I am faster but one of the best takeaways from joining CG are the amazing friendships that have formed over the last 2 years. I have friends that push me when I want to give up, encourage me to pick up my heavier weights, and laugh with me through the pain! These are great friends right here!!! The Three Musketeers live to ride again! It doesn’t happen very often, because I don’t like waking up at anything that starts with a 5 I’m the morning, but I couldn’t make my normal 9 today. I love working out with my family-even when they give me the grossest and sweatiest hugs after a great workout. #mycgfamily #mybrothersgottenfast #bettertogether #backtomynormal9classtomorrow
