I have some of the best friends that help me celebrate a big accomplishment!!! 250 of hard work in less than 2 years!!! I have gained muscle and I am faster but one of the best takeaways from joining CG are the amazing friendships that have formed over the last 2 years. I have friends that push me when I want to give up, encourage me to pick up my heavier weights, and laugh with me through the pain! These are great friends right here!!!
